Welcome to Zetetic. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to https://zetetic.space and purchases from Zetetic Guild Inc (“Zetetic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the Site or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Warranty and Return Policies.
1. Company and contact
Zetetic Guild Inc sells robot vacuums, combination vac+mop units, robot mops, docking stations, and care accessories online. Customer contact: contact@zetetic.space.
2. Site content and product information
We work to keep product titles, features, battery/runtime estimates, and compatibility notes accurate. Cleaning performance varies by floor type, home layout, and maintenance. Photos are illustrative; packaging and included accessories may change as models update.
3. Account registration (optional)
Some Site features may allow an account. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.
4. Placing orders
- Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase at the listed price and taxes shown at checkout.
- We may accept, decline, or cancel orders for reasons including stock limits, suspected fraud, or pricing mistakes.
- Title and risk generally transfer upon carrier handover, except where local law says otherwise.
5. Pricing and promotions
Prices are in USD unless noted. Promotions, bundle discounts, and free-shipping offers have stated conditions and may expire or change. Only one promotional code typically applies unless we say otherwise.
6. Payments
We use third-party processors to handle card and other payment methods. By paying, you authorize charges for your order and any permitted adjustments (for example, shipping upgrades you select).
7. Shipping, returns, and warranties
Delivery windows and carrier options appear in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. Returns, exchanges, and limited warranties are described in our Warranty and Return Policies. Keep your order confirmation and serial numbers for support.
8. Prohibited conduct
You may not misuse the Site, attempt to harvest customer data, interfere with security features, or use the Site for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access for violations.
9. Intellectual property
All Site text, graphics, logos, and product media are owned by Zetetic or its licensors. Personal use for shopping is allowed; republication or commercial scraping is not.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
EXCEPT FOR ANY EXPRESS PRODUCT WARRANTY WE PROVIDE IN WRITING, THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, ZETETIC DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, ZETETIC GUILD INC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY RELATED TO THE SITE OR ANY ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ZETETIC FOR THE PRODUCTS AT ISSUE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Colorado, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer laws in your jurisdiction provide stronger protections.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms by updating this page and the “Last revised” date. Changes apply to Site use and orders placed after the new date.
